Account deletion

This is a translation for your information. The Czech version is legally binding.

How to close your account

  • Log in to the admin.
  • Open My account.
  • Under Account deletion, enter your password and confirm.

If you can’t log in, write to sojka@sojkachat.cz from the e-mail address of your account.

What happens

The assistants are switched off on your website immediately. After 30 days we permanently delete:

  • the account and login details,
  • the settings of all assistants,
  • the loaded website content, documents and additional notes,
  • all conversations and ratings.

Until then you can cancel the request under My account. Before closing, you can download conversations under Conversations (CSV or JSON). Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
